I just restore my system because there's something wrong with my network and when I'm done restoring, half of my softwares is broken
so I simply uninstall it and replacing it to the new one execpt for one software, it is BitDefender 2010 Total Security which requires bdts.msi file to continue uninstall it

You cannot unistall windows bit defender.Just de-activate it.

I thought you were talking about Windows Defender(microsoft).I just saw that you were refering to Bitdefender.
