And get infuriated when it duplicates text? I'm using Google keyboard because it doesn't do that..... Trade off being a lot more corrections on the typo front and general annoyance
Is it all third party keyboards or just Swiftkey?
I'm ready to break my phone... When I delete the doubles it goes and decides to delete entire words... Retail and beta, doesn't matter.

I have noticed this recently as well so I uninstalled SwiftKey.
When I first tried SwiftKey, it enhanced my typing experience greatly I could sit there and type gibberish and it would correct and guess all the words perfectly as if it was sitting in my head. I was typing so fast as if my Galaxy Note 4 has a physical keyboard.
Up until recently I started noticing that I am making more mistakes than ever! anything I type it randomly starts adding words as if my phone had a virus or something so I uninstalled it and am using the Samsung Keyboard for now
It isn't great but it's way better than the currently broken SwiftKey.

I noticed that if I revert to the default keyboard, the experience is much better. But still buggy, not as it was on day one. There should be a way to clear all your data though check in the settings I could've sworn I've seen it before. I will try installing it again and let you knowEthrem likes this. -
It logs into the cloud. What I've found works is hitting the arrow to close the keyboard... Opened it back up... But it gets so old...Spartan@HIDevolution likes this.

just installed it, please go to the settings then under Cloud Data at the bottom choose, "Delete your SwiftKey Cloud data" and let it learn again
also, don't allow it to learn from your Facebook Account or Twitter if you happen to have them because what we tend to do often on social sites is type shortcuts or irregular phrases that may or not confused the living heck out of SwiftKey
I only let it learn from my email and SMSEthrem likes this. -
Thank you! I was wondering how to clear the cloud!
But I switched to the beta and it hasn't happened since. Must be an official bug.Spartan@HIDevolution likes this. -
I just had this happen with Swype. About four times in a row.

Tsunade_Hime such bacon. wow
This is why I just stick to the default Android keyboard. ^__^

It happens with that one too. It appears to be related to forum code because both my sites I frequent do it. When it happens, delete the mess it made and then close the keyboard and reopen it. It seems to work for a while after.
Anyone else use SwiftKey or another keyboard and get text doubling
