I love the S7, love the size, it's perfect for me and I hate using iPhones in order not to deal with iTunes to copy my data.
The thing is, yesterday I was at the Gym and some d00d told me to type my phone number for him to he can ask me questions later, so I grabbed his iPhone 6 and I don't know what was it about his keyboard that made me feel it's much easier to type on, the keys were more spaced out and even though on paper, the Galaxy S7 AMOLED screen is better, his screen looked so crisp as I was looking at a freshly made glossy paper out of the factory.
Maybe because I have a clear screen protector on mine? (not glass)
like no matter how much I try, I always keep hitting the wrong keys on my S7, tried all diff. kinds of keyboards like SwiftKey and Google Keyboard and I increased the size of the default Samsung Keyboard but it's nowhere near as easy to type on the iPhone.
Mind you, this is coming from a person who doesn't like the iOS or iTunes or Apple in general

Apple has probably the best hardware to software integration in the business. From scaling for high dpi on their OS X, to their touch technology, you have to give them credit that they do it really well. The original iPhone keyboard felt great and it took several years for competitors to figure out how to make it anywhere near as smooth even though they both were using capacitive multi-touch displays by that time.
You really still can't match the "feel" of iOS. I can't stand their laptops or desktops (seriously who are the new 15" Macbooks Pros even for???) but even I caved for an iPhone, it just feels so good to use.
The 7 and 7 Plus feel even nicer than the 6 you tried with 3d touch and more vibrant displays. Plus they finally increased the battery life so there really isn't much to complain about anymore besides the obvious more locked down nature of iOS. Their cpus still wreck everyone else, and the new cameras are great too. While stupid expensive (and Jet Black is just plain stupid) they are great phones.
Edit: Apples predictive typing software that guesses what keys your trying to hit (like if you just hit f and hit w instead of e the phone automatically fills in e) is just plain better than anyone elses.
Also the new touch sensor is amazing, literally clicking the button like what you'd do to just turn on the screen is enough to unlock the phone, I don't hold my finger on it at all most of the time.Last edited: Nov 5, 2016bloodhawk likes this. -

Reay post man
Oops, I left that mistake above on purpose. see that's what my Samsung keyboard registered even though I wanted to type "great post man"
So do you have an iPhone 7? what about the GPU hissing noise and yellow hue on the screen -
I have a 7 Plus.
I havent experienced gpu hissing at all, and the screen is not yellow. I didn't even really know the yellow thing was an issue, most reviews liked the screen a lot and I'd agree.
My whites seem pretty balanced along with the rest but I havent tested it.Spartan@HIDevolution likes this. -

don't you feel it's humongous bro? I feel the iPhone 7 size is even stretching it. That's the max size I would personally want for a phone but I hate it how companies always put the awesome features in the bigger ones like a bigger battery and the dual lense camera
please share some photos with the normal cam and a zoomed in one using the 2nd lens -
No, it took me like a day to get used to it. The 7 feels puny in my hands now, the higher resolution and larger display is way better.
Not sure I have any good photos to share here atm, if I take any interesting ones maybe I will.Spartan@HIDevolution likes this. -
The Samsung keyboard is not the best Android keyboard out there. Some people like Swype, some Swiftkey, and some Google keyboard. I'm a Swype keyboard guy; I prefer it to the first-party offerings from both Apple and Samsung. And third-party keyboard support is much better on Android than iOS.
Also, Apple's keyboard lacks gesture typing (aka swiping), which I depend on.Spartan@HIDevolution likes this. -

I never tried to Swype. Maybe I should try it, sounds intimidating to me at first but maybe if I get used to it I'll like it -
I look at it as what cursive is for handwriting. If you find a keyboard that reads your gestures correctly, it's incredible how much faster it is. This entire post was done in Swype with just a few corrections (and those consisting of tapping a different option above the keyboard; only with proper names and swear words do I have to type it out). I write a lot of lengthy emails on my phone and it would be a nightmare if I had to hammer out each letter of the entire email.HTWingNut and Spartan@HIDevolution like this.

Swype is awesome. I highly recommend it as well.

I played with an iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus at a store today, the iPhone 7 Plus is huge for me, I found it actually harder to type on due to how far the keys are laid out from one another. The iPhone 7's keyboard though blows the Samsung Keyboard out of the water.
I also took a pic with my Galaxy S7, iPhone 7, and iPhone 7 Plus and the S7's camera (to me at least) looked the best out of them all. The colors were more vibrant. Zoomed in, they all had some noise though and were on the same level I would say. -
Does the S7's camera or software really register more saturation, or was the OLED making the difference?
-
No, I think Samsung upped the saturation in the processing from what I have seen from comparison photos. I agree, the iPhone rules the roost when I comes to overall user experience. If you really don't want to be modifying everything all the time. Its fast, efficient, and works great.

Anyone finds the iPhone Keyboard better?
