    Phoenix: Just in case you want to more performance in S8 root it or install LightROM if you want s8 to last longer like 3-4 yrs instead of switching phones each year.
    I rooted my sister's old phone which she renounce after getting redmi 4x, so for time being I installed Lineage OS 14.1 with root and fstrim and it is very fast and dad was saying it performed faster than his S7. I told the old device has 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM he was shocked how smooth it was. I'm waiting to switch to Android when my phone doesn't get updates.

    You can check for custom ROM for BB touch & type as well. Custom ROM or root isn't restricted for S8.
    But I saw you had an S8 and iphone 7 Plus.
