This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    My only gripe was I had this phone six months without a case as I liked the looks of it that way, but finally put one on when I kept entering symbols/letters/numbers by accident while text because of my palm interfering with the wrap around screen. Once I put the case on, end of problem.
    Next time around, no wrap around screen for me.

    In two weeks it will have been one year since I got this phone. I remember how excited I was to get it.
    Love this phone. I use it a LOT every day, texting, online news/sports, using apps such as the many photography ones for my Nikon D500, app for timed releases, etc. This phone is a mini-computer! I can actually leave my laptop at home more often. It will last me another year easy, then it will be time to get a new one when my two year contract is up. I'll be ready then. Next March 2018, I'll start getting excited again...

    Not as much as I use to since I put the phone case on.... more hassle to take the case off every time I want to use the VR. This was also why I didn't have a case on the S7 Edge as it won't fit the VR with a case on it.
