I hope someone can offer an idea of how to solve issue I'm facing atm.
I have Panasonic FZ-X1 phone and it's came simlocked from Japan.
I want to run " fastboot oem clearsimlock 0".
I'm trying to communicate to it using fastboot but the problem I have is that once I boot the phone into its stock bootloader, my PC cannot see connected phone in Device Manager.
Once phone is fully booted into UI, it appears in Device Manager and I can see it recognised running command "adb devices".
I tried both latest Google and original Panasonic ADB drivers available for download. I use Windows 7 x32 version - it shouldn't have issue with drivers signature, right?
Have no clue how to overcome this obstacle. Any ideas or suggestions are very appreciated.
I managed to flash it from Edvo version into USA LTE version of 5.1.1 wich is the latest available and that update unlocked second sim port but all that is still pointless unless I can get rid of simlock.
Original ROM had KDDI AU in title so naturally I assumed that's will be the vendor.
Aparently it's not the case as an IMEI form checker from au.com returns "- unrecognised"
Any other Japan operators' imei check forms too returned "-".
Apparently that " fastboot oem clearsimlock 0" is my last hope.

i had a s2 lte tablet locked out and it needed a master unlock code then a sim unlock code you will need to ccall the vender and then wait 3 days to get master unlock code...not too sure why your trying to flash it

Hello deepaer0,
have you already found a solution for the SIM Lock problem?
I have exactly the same issue.
I'm not very familiar with Android, so I would be happy
if you would let me share your knowledge.
How did you view the original ROM image to recognise the ROM title?
Thank you for help.
