iOS 13.1 to bring CPU throttling feature to iPhone XR and XS
Same old story, slowdown older devices with the excuse that they want to save the battery![]()
Buying an iPhone has become like a bi-yearly subscription, you either get the latest device or you will have a sub-par experience.![]()

Finally found why iOS lags out of the blue couple of days ago, it is a problem with peak battery voltage or power which cause freezing or slow down for no damn reason. iPhones tend to ramp up CPU and GPU clocks to max.
Hats off to Apple for forcing people to spend 2000$ plus every year.hmscott, Papusan and Spartan@HIDevolution like this. -
None force you to buy it. Smartphones can be purchased from I think 100-150$
You can still turn the feature cripple on or off. And the new iToy will give you up to four hours more battery life than its predecessor. This is possible <if you'll spend another 2000$>

Well, problems occur on BGA once warranty is expired until then it performs fine and then the problems start. Day before yesterday, the phone battery was 0% for no reason and mom was scared since the phone was off eventhough it was charged 100%.
I got a 200$ phone from Nokia last week!Papusan likes this.
