    Regarding the 5 FREE HD DVDs rebates,

    Anyone got a picture to show me where to cut out the correct UPC code,
    in order to send it together with the rebate forms?

    What other things needed to send?

    send original or a photocopy?

    Anyone successfully got them already?
    what's the best way to ensure quick delivery?
