I just purchased a satellite A80-P4321 laptop in India. But when I inserted the MMC card used in the nokia mobile phones, it does not read the card. But other cards are readable. So is there a problem with my laptop or the MMC cards are not compatible. Please suggest.

Also can I view my registration of the laptop on the net. If yes please provide me the URL.

The card is probably formatted in a way that your laptop doesn't understand. Or it could be faulty, hard to tell.

As to the registration, I'm not sure what you mean.

What Nokia Cell Phone do you have? You can try updating the drivers for your laptop's card reader as well.

I have a Nokia 6600 Mobile Phone which has a Dual Voltage RS-MMC card. I also tried Single Voltage RS-MMC. Please suggest me for the same. Also let me know from where can I get the latest drivers to update. I have a win XP-Professional SP2.

With the registration I mean to say since I am getting 3 Years warranty on my laptop. So it has to be registered on the site as well. My Dealer said he would be doing the registration. Can anyone please let me know the URL where can I get the detials whether my Laptop is registered or not.

You can try updating the drivers with Toshiba's Driver Update program, or you can do it manually through Device Manager. We can't give you your URL to your own warranty - that's private, meaning it is in your best interest to keep your warranty info. completely private. You should get a confirmation e-mail from Toshiba once you've upgraded your laptop's warranty, however.
