I haven't run MBM for quite some time. I ended up running it because I was having issues with my memory not working. During my search for a test program I ran across a post mentioning that dust can build up on the heat sink causing it to not work as efficiently. I figured it was time to run the temperature diagnostic.
Lo and behold I was going past 70 degrees C! MBM was beeping ect.. I gave the heat sink a shot of air through the vent and all kinds of dust blew out! I've been watching the temps and they seem rather high.
Runs in the low 50's during idle light load. Goes into the Mid to high 60's under a heavy load.
Is this a normal set of temperatures for this laptop? What can I do to help improve the temp? I think I got all I can get out by blowing air into the heatsink vent in the back of the laptop.
Regards,
Mike

Those are about the temperature ranges I got on my 5205-s705, so you're probably fine. Just be sure to keep up on cleaning the vent regularly.
