I just bought a Toshiba x7753d lap-top and was wondering what I should set the monitor for ? Should I set it on 60mhz and then when I want to play a 3d game with the glasses set it to 120mhz. Or just leave it at 60mhz...

You will have to set it to 120mhz if you want to play a 3D game, because after all if you are playing a 3D game you will have 60mhz on your right glass and 60mhz on your left glass.
