This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I just bought this laptop and I can't get the dvd drive to burn the lightscribe labels. It reports that the drive will not do it BUT it is supposed to do it so I am wondering what I am doing wrong?

    Anyone have any clues as to what I should do?
