Hey there guys, I'm particularly asking for some help to get better frame rates with Age of Conan. The reason i'm posting this here is because, as far as i know, all x205s come with the 8600m cards.

Computer specs are in the sig.

Currently I get about 20-30 FPS on average.
on "good" days(once or twice) 40fps.
Also, in AoC, Low and Medium texture qualities are bugged, so the game runs best on high texture qualities, etc.
Only thing that really bothers me is that in an instance, i get about 130fps...lol. Doesn't seem like it should drop from 130 to 20, eh?

To be honest, I'm a little new at installing drivers... at least beta and forceware...

It seems that on the actual NVIDIA website there are no driver updates for the 8600m GT.

I'm basically looking for the most compatible drivers, that won't screw up watching dvds and videos, that will also boost my FPS in Age of Conan.

As far as SLI goes, I'm just curious as to which setting i should use.
Split Frame Rendering or Alternate Frame Rendering?

    Thanks!
