    894 freezes up - please help

    Hello.

    Just received my 894. Love it so far. Everything works game except for when I'm gaming.

    I'll be playing a game and the screen just freezes. Nothing works, only option then is to power it off and let it restart. It'll freeze from anywhere between 10 minutes of playing to an hour of playing. :(

    Any advice? Is there drivers I should probably DL? :confused:

    Is it for ALL games or just a specific one?

    What's the temperature of your 894? If you don't know use this program..
    CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
    Run at idle for 10 minutes, then play a game for 10-20 minutes.

    Do you have Stock Toshiba graphics drivers? OR did you install nvidia drivers?
    What is the driver version? Latest are 259.12 [Right click on desktop, select Nvidia Control Panel, then click System Information on bottom left].

    I have a 894 and I haven't had anything like that.

    What game is it?

    Did you try lowering the game settings?

    does the game need a patch?


    Are all your lappy drivers up to date?

    Does this happen with any other game? Or, program?

    If all these things have been done,then send it back.

    DOES THIS MEAN IT WILL GO TO UPS for repairs????? if so, return it for a refund as quick as possible!!!!!!
