    Has anyone upgraded the X305-720 to 8gigs of ram?
    I know it has been done successfully on other models, but I would like to know if anyone else has done it with this model before I try it. Thanks...

    Since the chipset was supposed to support it I went ahead and bought the memory (8gb) and it works fine.
