This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     A10 wireless connection

    My son's A10 works fine and connects to wireless. I have a new tenda router in my home. the A10 recognizes it but when you go to connect it wants a network key. the Tenda network key doesn't work. Their customer service tech support says it is a software issue that the windows must be authenicated Would appreciate any help
