I can purchase a S4447 for sub-$600 (post rebate) or a S4427 for about $740 cash. The only difference with Toshiba specs is that the S4427 has a 120GB HD and a 8mb 224mb dynamically allocated shared graphics memory versus a smaller HD and the same graphics card with 256 allocated memory.
HD size isn't an issue, but is there any performance difference in the graphics memory size????
