    A135-S2246 RTC battery

    2 weeks after warranty expires, it won't boot up. Fan & lights come on, thats it.
    I've tried everything I can think of except replacing the CPU or MB. The RTC battery was soldered in so I un-soldered one side then an hour later soldered it back on. Nothing changed, that I'm aware of, but was wondering if anyone knows if that battery does more than just hold cmos config settings. The voltage measured 3.2v.
