I bought this brand new in March 2007. Since yesterday, it is not powering on properly. I press the Power button and it looks like it is powering up but no picture. I can't tell if it is starting up but just no picture or it just froze.

However, if I continue to turn it off and on then eventually it works. No problem using it when it power on properly. Restarting is fine too. I tried shutting it down once and turning it on in less than 1 minute and it works.

Once there was a message saying that some file was missing and for me to put the Vista CD in . However, only once did that happens.

Has anyone have this problem before? What is the warranty from Toshiba again?
