    Hi everybody!

I am owner of a Satellite A210 14S, and quite happy with it. But one thing:

I cannot use the audio recorder to record from the audio output. I have a Realtec High Definition Audio card onboard and the latest drivers installed. I am running Vista (yeah, I had no choice) Home Premium. When I go into the audio properties, I can only select to record from the Mic Input, but not from the mixer or the line out  . Is that a mean trick of the hardware producers to keep me from recording web contents, or is it just a software problem?

On my ancient desktop PC, I have no trouble recording directly from the Line Out. Would be a huge step back to loose this functionality.

    Thanks for your interest,

    Naclador

I think it would be the line in right(the one on the left)? the line out is for headphones. Have you tired the integrated on to the right of the webcam?

I'm having a similar problem. I'm trying to record from a microphone (line in microphone) to a audio recording program (adobe audition) but I get nothing from the line out (headphones) It records fine on the program but I can not hear what it is recording because nothing comes out of the output.

    Can anyone help???
