This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Ok i work for the army, we have a a45-s120 laptop and it needed a new hard drive and dvd drive and i replaced both of them and it gives me this error: "IDE #1 ERROR" I called toshiba and they said it h hardware issue, the old hd was a 40g and the new it 120g, it that too big for that computer? or what? Anyone have any clues??
