This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     i had trouble getting a year old blue 250gb Western digital Passport usb drive working with my a505-6965 but it worked in the acer no problem.

    the drive didn't boot in any use port. works only in the esata/usb combo port and no other usb device plugged in. some kind of power issue in single usb port

    are these WD drives working with other a505s
