Ok so I took my first A505-S6965 back to Best Buy since it had a faulty SHIFT key and a ton of stuck pixels and my 2nd replacement is awesome, no broken SHIFT key and no stuck pixels (that I can tell).

I removed Norton/Wild Intagent/Google Toolar/Amazon Links/Netzero Installer, still some more bloatware to remove.

I'm updating windows right now but I just noticed this laptop doesn't come with a Vista reinstall disc or did I misplace it?

Also what is this Toshiba Eco Utility/Toshiba PC Health Monitor/Toshiba Service Station, should I install these or what?

And lastly, for people who actually own this laptop what software is safe to unistall? Like Power Cinema, etc.

Which programs did you disable from startup via msconfig? Is it safe to disable Toshiba Eco Utility sicne I don't use it?

I use Toshiba Service Station. Hmm and HDD Protection. All the rest went "down the Toilet".

I'm not quite sure how Toshiba do it (I changed my HDD before first start-up)
But it can be a hidden partition on your HDD or you must burn DvD's, but get your self a Vista disc and download the new drivers for toshiba's site (leave the bolatware outside). This will be a clean install. You can always do this, use the product key underside of your laptop...
