OK so I "fixed" the power jack on my laptop ("Fixed" aka opened it probed about and soldered.. Something.. and now it works if its in the right position.) but I want to upgrade the ram but I don't know what model it is so I cant find out how much I can upgrade it to.

At first I thought it was the Toshiba Satellite 1200 but mine doesn't have a 20gig hard drive or 256 memory installed..

Then I thought it was maybe the Toshiba Satellite 1005 but again nope.

All I know about the laptop is it was made in 2002 (Maybe), its a Toshiba Satellite (The sticker told me), has an Intel Celeron processor 930 MHz, 120mb of ram, 14gig hard drive, touch pad and windows XP home edition 2002..

I don't have the manuals or anything that came with it any more because they were thrown away.

It looks exactly like the 1200 or the 1005.

Does anyone know which one it maybe?

    Cheers Boon
