I don't know if it have always been like this, 1 year with the laptop and just now i notice it... When i touch the metallic parts (the bar between the usb ports, the surrounding of the ethernet connector, etc) i sense a bit of a discharge, like a little current, but only when plugged, if i'm on battery i don't feel anything... I guess the the chassis of the laptop works as the GROUND, but i don't know if i should feel this... So, x205 owners, touch those parts while plugged on and tell me if you feel the little current (like when you touch a 9V square battery used alot for toy cars)...
I wanna know it because my warranty is running out and if this isn't normal i want to take it to the warranty center...

Are your power sockets/wiring have the proper earth connection (third wire)?
Because if they don't, it can cause static electricity build-up like one you observing. This is perfectly normal and harmless though. -
mine doesn't do it. Just checked, even with "wet" fingers no tingling!

Yeah I get nothing, no tingle. You should get it checked out before warranty runs out.

Not for me either.
