    I hear alot of good things about the A205 series...If you have one please tell me what you think of it and how it handles vista...any vista issues that can be resolved with a download from there web site?
    looking at the one on their site...1.66/2048ram...either 120 or 160 hd, x3100 graphics and why not....harmon kardon speakers....

    ANY input I value!

    I have a satellite that is 6 yrs old, never had a problem...hope to keep the next one just as long...
    Goodness, the M200 is nice as well.

    I had my X205-9349 for a week and I am very happy with it, it plays games and handles vista without any problems. I only have one issue that I have not solved yet when I play any HD DVD movies they stuter, I think a lot of people have this problem it got better with nvidia 163.44 drivers that I modified with instructions from another member of this forum. I got this one instead of the 9359 cause I did not want to spend the $2499.00, I paid $1699.00 then got the T7300 cpu from newegg for a couple hundred dollars and upgraded my cpu from 1.8 to 2Ghz and 4Megs of L2 cache, but this is the best gaming laptop I have had to date.

    I love my X205-9349!!! I basically bought it to play WOW without having to sit at a desk since I do that all day at work. i also really like the HDMI out which lets you game on any HD TV.

    It runs Vista Great no Issues, The only issues I have is when using the latest graphic driver (To play Bioshock)my HD Movies wont run but i think theres a fix for that also issues with the build in web cam it just starts and stops hopefully there will be a new driver soon.

    But all in all this is a great machine for the price very happy with it!!!

    ok, I can't spend that kind of bread, but i do like the 205-4777, or the one of their web site. I built that for close to 1200.00
    the new models will prob be out real soon, so i would like to get my 205 asap...
