    is there a way to hook up my computer to my toshiba laptop? like have whatever would be showing on my monitor through my computer except on the laptop screen?

    Does it have a S-Video,VGA out?If so yes.

    not sure the answer (i am guessing yes if your video card has the right connector) but am wondering why you would want to do that? is your desktop monitor bad or something?

    If you want to save a bit more space, use a KVM switch - you'll be able to use one screen, one keyboard and one mouse with both computers.
