I recently had my Vista crash on me, my XP was still working but when i reinstalled Vista it got rid of my XP and that isn't meant to happen.

Now i don't even see the boot manager, i go straight into Vista.

    Can someone please help?

you need vista boot pro. it will find your missing boot.ini.

    http://www.vistabootpro.org/

but seriously, why are you dual booting? i was in the dual boot camp to until i put another gig of ram in my sli1. now i rarely use the xp boot. my games run much better with the extra ram. i would look in to the extra ram if i were you.

the only reason to boot xp at this point is if you have software that will only boot on xp. other than that just don't waste your time.

I already tried Vista Boot Pro with no success.
I have 4GB of ram in this S9349, the reason i stick with XP is so that when Vista screws up again like it did last week, I'll have XP to fall back on like i did.
I even tried EasyBCD and i got a entry for XP created but the problem is when i boot up in it, it says that NTOSKRNL is missing or currupt and i heard that this is due to a missing boot.ini. So confused.....

here is what my BCD looks like:
