Anyone have the Satellite M305D? I'd be interested to hear your opinion of it!

I'd be very interested in hearing from anyone who owns any of the Toshiba Satellite M305D models! There are several configurations, but most seem to have the 2.0GHz AMD Turion X2 RM-70 (although I've seen them with the 2.1GHz Turion Ultra ZM-80 also). They all have the ATI Radeon Mobility 3100 integrated GPU also, which is reportedly a strong performer compared to other integrated graphics cards.

Circuit City has a fantastic deal on the M305D-S4832- $599 (after $250 discount). It has Vista 64-bit, 2.0GHz AMD RM-70, 14.1" WXGA LCD, 4GB DDR2-800 RAM, 200GB Hard Drive, DVD Supermulti with LabelFlash, G-wireless, ATI 3100 graphics, webcam and harmon/kardon speakers.

I've mentioned it to a few new folks looking for a dirt-cheap laptop with decent specs. But now I'm seriously considering buying one as a Christmas gift for my nephew! I'd love to hear some first-hand feedback before I buy one, though. Especially since Circuit City is closing all of their Metro Atlanta stores in the very near future- I don't want to deal with the headache of a return!!! :D

Any input will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
