    How is the performance of this machine and pros and cons after using it?

    I tested it at the local dealer (btw, i am from Malaysia) and am satisfied with this model.

    I was hoping they had the 2.0ghz model with 4mb L2, but not available.

    How much difference is the 1.8ghz and 2.0ghz models?

    Btw, this model is Portégé M500-1124E/1114E in Malaysia, specs "Equipped with an Intel® CoreTM2 Duo Processor T5600 (1.83GHz), this system has 100GB (5,400rpm) HDD, 512MB DDR2 SDRAM, Window® VistaTM Business, and available in metallic silver color"

    I will upgrade the RAM on my own to 2GB when if i purchase it.

    This model is also available running Windows XP Home Edition.
