    Hello everyone,

About a month ago, I bought the Toshiba Satellite A505-S6033 from Best Buy. I spent about $900 on the laptop itself because I went all out for the i7 processor. So far the love the laptop, but considering that this is my desktop replacement it sits on my desk, plugged in about 75% of the time along with being aware that my battery only gets about 2 hours of charge time on a single charge anyway, I am very sure to keep my battery out of the laptop when plugged in to prevent damage in it's performance. The only problem is the big hole in the back of my computer bothers me. Besides having to worry about dust, it caused my laptop of wiggle back and forth some when being used. (Which it doesn't do when the battery is in). I was wondering if anyone knew of any covers I could purchase to put in it's place when the battery is not in? I did some research online, but I didn't see any that I thought would work on this type of laptop. So I thought maybe someone on here would know of any type of solution that I could use. Thanks!

Does the battery have little rubber feet on it? If so, that is probably why it wiggles without the battery. I wouldn't worry about getting dust in the battery compartment while it's on your desk.

Get some little stick on rubber feet for the back edge of the computer. That should cure the wiggle.
