    Hi

I have recently bought a toshiba satellite L40-18Z notebook.
The problem is many times now the battery gets stuck on 96 or 99% and would say plugged in not charging.

I am using vista. Is this a common occurence for vista users or is there something worng with my notebook.

If there is I can get it changed within 3 working days but if it is a common occurence then I may face it with the new piece as well and dont want to undergo the headache of getting it changed.

    Please advise me

    Cheers
