I bought a laptop Toshiba Satellite on dec. 21 in lapmonster.com. I was charged to my credit card from a company [email protected] and never received my laptop. Now there is no answer by phone, email or live chat. They stole my money ($920)!!!! :(

Contact the credit card company. They should be able to reverse the charges on your card sicne you never received the laptop.

In any case its always a good idea to search around and never buy anything from an unknown website without checking out their credentials first.
