    Hi there,
In the beginning of February this year my Toshiba-Satellite M45 had a hard drive failure. The laptop was still in warranty and on 15 of February I called the Toshiba support center. They gave me a UPS number with which I sent the laptop to Toshiba Depot Service. The laptop was returned to me after 10 days. However, when I started it it was having the same HDD problem. It was unusable. I called customer service again and complained. They gave me another UPS number and I send the laptop again together with a complain letter. That was on February 27. As of today ( March 29th) the laptop is being on hold for "parts". I have called the depot many times and I have been constantly put off by Toshiba employees with lies etc. These guys are well trained in putting customers off. Today they told me that the part "may come on April 23rd"!. However, I am leaving the country in the end of April and need the laptop back as soon as possible. Before 2 hours I spoke to the depot again and I was told that they would call me in an hour. They haven't. Please if someone from Toshiba is reading this help me resolve this case. The laptop is been in Toshiba's posession for month and a half. My case number is T1-96APWY. If someone else here can help me with that, I would appreciate it.
