    Hi,

I have a Toshiba M50 laptop and got a blank screen right after the POST. I was told the laptop hanged while on operation and it did that after trying to reboot.

When I turn it on, I get the POST screen. If I hit F2 to go to setup, I get the please wait message and then a black screen. If I got to the boot menu, I get all devices, I picked CD in case the HD is the problem, and again get a black screen.

I have no error displayed or any light flashing.

I tried removing the battery, running only on the battery, removed and put back both the HD and memory module to clear out contact issue. No luck. Any idea?

    Thanks!
