Hi all!
I have been the proud owner of a Tecra A4 laptop for the past couple of years, and have always been immensely proud of it. However, after a stupid incident (ie: I dropped it), it's gotten to the point where it barely works; it crashes all the time, doesn't start unless I apply pressure to the left-hand side of the machine... yeah, I screwed up.![]()
I'm just wondering - is demand for parts for this particular model high? Was considering putting it up on eBay, but it lacks a hard drive (I removed it to use as secondary storage); so I'm not sure how much I should ask!
Advice?

Maybe you should sell it as a "for parts" laptop. Someone is bound to need a replacement screen or speakers or even part of the chassis. Usually parts laptops are unusable but offer, of course, spare replacement parts that may no longer be available.

hmm. how much do you think I should price it at? any ideas?

Maybe you should search eBay and see if there are any other Tecra A4s for parts out there, and base your price off those.
