I have a Satellite A205. The M button on the keyboard does not work. I called the laptop place near my house and they said it would take days to even get to it and would be at least 100 dollars..lol. So I was wondering better options for getting a new keyboard replacement fast and inexpensively.

Which laptop model is it? (It should be on a label on the bottom, mine is "PSPA3C-SD402E"). If you could let me know, I can point you directly to the part you need.

Nope, It should come off just like in the pictures. Sometimes it works better to fold the lid all the way over so it's almost flat.
E bay is a good place to find keyboards, I think they run about $20 for most Toshibas.

i got my keyboard off ebay..but my model is a little different..it did not come off with my fingers.I would have broke it. I had to unscrew 8 screws to get it off. My A250 has horizontal speaker covers and not the circular ones in that pic.
