    So about 1 month ago my girl purchased this, it was on sale, and spec wise (ram/cpu/hard drive) wise it blew all the others out of the water, we bought it on credit from nebraska furniture mart for like $410 or so

    Well I haven't used windows 8.1 much at all, I didn't want to adapt, but hers runs like SH*T. So I did the "upgrade" to win 10, still runs like crap. Like its horrible, and I'm just trying to surf facebook!

    I have a lenovo T420 with a upgraded i7 in it for my laptop, and a 2nd laptop with a SINGLE CORE 2.2 celeron, both run way better on win 7. I've ran benchmarks on her toshiba, processor is fine, hd is fine, ram is fine, but still can barely run win 10?!?!?!?

    Not only that, but it crashes like 1-2 times a week, the screen just starts glitching out, then reboots about 10 sec later.... Also everytime I pick it up from my lap and I touch a screw on the bottom with my finger, it shocks me....

    So is this just the biggest sack of **** laptop ever? Specs show it would be good enough to "surf the net" or watch netflix, but you can barely do that!

    On a side note, I work at a auto dealership, they just bought a BRAND NEW desktop pc (I have yet to look up specs of it) but it barely surfs the internet, windows 8.1... I plan on formatting the work PC and putting 7 on it. I just don't get it. I've asked multiple friends that run 8.1 or 10, and they say its "perfect, runs great" I can't understand why these brand new computers run worse than, say, something you could get off craigslist that is 7 years old for $50-$100
