I've call Toshiba customer service today, because I had the boot bios password problem on my A135-2276. They've told me to go to customer center near by and it will be fixed in couple of hours. I've went to this warehouse like place and handed in my laptop expected to get it back while I get a coffee or something but I've got a "We will call to confirm if it is covered by warrenty and let you know in couple of weeks" answer. I've called CS at the spot and they told me to try different CS center. I've just spent good hour on my working day to come to this place, and I didn't want to run around and TRY to find a customer center that will fix it on the spot. What good is a customer service or customer center if they don't know exactly IF it will be fixed on the spot or doesn't even know when it will be fixed or have any idea if it is covered under warrenty.

My first Toshiba notebook and I was impressed with the overall look and value of the nookbook but this is far biggest disappointment on Toshiba CS starting with no XP drivers to this boot bios password.
