    Ok i checked it:
    Result: Its an EFI/ InsydeH20 BIOS. The ending .wph was a little bit confusing because .wph usually is a Phoenix BIOS. Dowload all files and modify following part in the platform.ini file:

    [Bios_Version_Check]
    flag=0

    ;This flag is the switch of checking Bios Version. When flag is 1, utility will
    ;check Bios Version. If rom file Version is older than Bios, utility will display warnning
    ;message and close application. When flag is 0, utility won't check rom file version.

    to

    [Bios_Version_Check]
    flag=1

    ;This flag is the switch of checking Bios Version. When flag is 1, utility will
    ;check Bios Version. If rom file Version is older than Bios, utility will display warnning
    ;message and close application. When flag is 0, utility won't check rom file version.

    So you can see how old the BIOS is. Or wich version you will flash. If you are sure to flash an older one change it back to:

    [Bios_Version_Check]
    flag=0

    ;This flag is the switch of checking Bios Version. When flag is 1, utility will
    ;check Bios Version. If rom file Version is older than Bios, utility will display warnning
    ;message and close application. When flag is 0, utility won't check rom file version.

    The only important thing was to check if this flag is set to 1:

    [Platform_Check]
    flag=1
    ;This flag is the switch of comparing bios project id with rom file project id.
    ;When flag is 1, utility will check project id.If id doesn't match, utility will
    ;close the application. When flag is 0, utility won't check project id.

    Now you can flash. If its an wrong BIOS for your NoteBook it will prevent falshing.

    Do the same thing i did:

    1. Dump BIOS with using BIOS Backup Toolkit 2.0
    2. Run a VM with Ubuntu
    3. Now do what this guy said from point 4 HOW TO DO IT here
    4. A) Flash with InsydeH20 utility ( if no errors are reported during flash check) or the hard way.

    Or mod this way and flash the hard FLA5HIT way:

    doesn't work.same problem.help me!!!!

    also it is said in here http://forum.notebookreview.com/sony/473226-insyde-hacking-new-vaio-z-advanced-menu-bios.html that---

    If you are getting VSS errors trying to run advanced_menu.py, you need to find your VSS offset because it might be different in your BIOS. You can use d6z's main.py - but you will probably have to edit it a bit (dumpsetyp.py is missing operand 0x27)

    If that is too hard for you, you can also try to locate VSS offset with hex. editor - search for this hex sequence: 24 56 53 53
