Do I have to uninstall Bluetooth Monitor before trying BT Stack for Windows by Toshiba? Having bluetooth trouble with compatibility between a BT mouse and and my ORoker earphones.

    100% incorrect.

Toshiba Bluetooth Stack completely replaces built-in Microsoft stack. Use it if you want some custom features Toshiba put in.

Toshiba Bluetooth Monitor just switches BT hardware on or off so it picked by standard built-in Microsoft stack. Use it if you satisfied with features of Microsoft stack and want minimum of extra software installed.
