    Hi there,

My problem is that almost none of my keyboard hotkey function buttons are working. Though i don't delete unknown bloatware from system, maybe it's either damaged by system crash or i may have uninstalled it successfully.

    Model Satellite A215-S4747

I went to Toshiba support site, then downloads, but no solid software entry for getting built-in keyboard buttons (such as FN keys) working.

Can someone help me to download correct required software for my keyboard and its function buttons?

    Thanks a lot!

You can try reinstalling the flashcards (Fn keys).

I've heard either the Toshiba Value Added Package, or the Flash Cards utility should do the trick.
Info on Toshiba software can be found here: Software Content Details

File for your model can be found at your models support page: Model Content Page

Good luck and keep us posted with any updates.

Thanks for your reply. I see that Flash Cards software has already been installed and running fine but i still cannot get any response from FN keys as if kind of keyboard service is not installed or missing. I get some errors in event viewer related to keyboard service in the past which i cannot remember right now.

Is there other software or driver i should re-install other than Flash Cards to get my FN keys working when combined with F hotkeys?

    Please help, thanks a lot!
