After several weeks of installing/reinstalling Vista, drivers, etc., I finally found out what's causing my Toshiba X205-SLI4 to not wake up from sleep. The cause is having the SLI enabled. This really sucks because SLI is the main feature of this series of laptops. When I disable SLI, my laptop wakes up from sleep just fine. When enabled, it sorta wakes up "halfway"...the power LED goes from flashing orange to constant red as expected, but the harddisk LED remains off. The screen remains black, and no keys work. I can only reboot using the power button.
Has anyone experience the same problem? Is there a fix or solution available for this out there?
By the way, I'm using the Forceware 175.63 drivers that I've downloaded from laptopvideo2go.com. I notice the 175.75 version is out, but does it address this issue?
