    Hi guys,

I am really hoping I can get some help here.

I own a Toshiba L300D-028 which is equipped with an integrated ATI Radeon x1250.

I am wondering how much it would cost to replace the graphics chipset. Since it is integrated into the motherboard, I will have to replace the motherboard I think.

Anyways, does this also need that I need a new CPU also ? I do not know ANYTHING about computers so I dont know but I am just curious if the CPU is equipped into the motherboard ? My CPU is an AMD Turion X2 '64

One last thing, can anyone give me an accurate quote to how much it might cost in order to get it changed ? Will this affect my warrenty ?

    Thanks!

You will not be able to change it out. Yes you would need to change out the motehrboard, so you are better off purchasing a new laptop. The motheboards new or used can be from $100 or almost the cost of a newer laptop. I hope this helps. God Bless :)
