Okay, I log on to my user and all of a sudden like 5 seconds later it jsut freeze's. I ahve to hard reboot and everything, but nothing still works.

I recently restored it to factory settings, to see if that would work and nothing. I also looked it up on goolge. and did what they said but nothing still works. I also went to safe mode, and it works there. so I don't know what to do.

Safe mode ability indicates (in my opinion) that it is software related (could be drivers). Try to updates all the drivers from Toshibas website.
    AND, install Windows updates.

You didn't give the exact model, but you can find your "model" page by clicking on product support in the top left and following the dropdowns.

If that doesn't help, try going into safe mode and disabling all startup items by going into msconfig.

Windows Button --> type in search box "msconfig" w/o quotation marks.

Goto Startup tab, then disable all non-microsoft related items.

Save and reboot into normal mode and see if it works. If it does, then re-enable each process one at a time until you find out which item was causing the problem.

Good luck and keep us updated
