As I understand the L45-S7423 HD is a SATA drive. I would like to capture the disk image using Ghost on my desktop computer.

My question is what kind of adaptor do I need to buy to plug the L45-S7423 HD into a HD controller on my desktop ? My desktop is a eMachines T3302 with an Onboard IDE Ultra DMA ATA 66/100/133.

If I can't access the L45-S7423 drive on the desktop IDE controller then is there another way to capture the disk image ?
