    Cracked display issues

    In our business we have had several people come to us to fix a cracked Toshiba display, swearing that they did nothing to it but turn it on. Perhaps, I'm nieve but - some of these customers I believe. Strange that two of the displays show an "impact" right above the right hand side latch. Has anyone had issues like the one above, a Toshiba laptop with a cracked display and is sure that they had not damaged it themselves? :confused:

    I think most people crack them without knowing, so they're telling you what they think is the truth. That said, we don't see a lot of cracked screen reports here and ntohing leads me to believe Toshi is any worse or better than anyone else in this regard.
