    Hi,

i would like to know what is the reliability you had with your toshiba notebook? does it broke down often?

and i read (on this site) that toshiba notebook is degrading in quality, is this true?

How good is their recovery software?

Oh and does the Qosmio features an efficient heat dissipation? (does it get hot)

The fan on my qosmio F15 is running almost 100% of the time, even if I'm just staring at the desktop. My hard drive is currently at 46 degrees C and my processor is running at 26 degrees C, but this is because I haven't been gaming. After a good run of UT2004, the processor can jump to 60 and the hard drive to about 50. I am very happy with my toshiba laptop - the only thing that has failed on me is the hard drive, but from what I understand Toshiba hard drives aren't very good. Other than that, it has worked wonders for me.

So far mine has worked flawlessley. Same as ludacris the fan, specially the gpu fan, seems to work non stop. I wonder how good the thermal paste is. As for the rest this laptop rules.

I haven't had my A105 too long, but so far it's been good. It runs quite cool, and the fan is almost silent (in fact, the rest of the room has to be dead silent to hear it).

I do have an old Toshiba 1555CDS. It's at least five-years-old and still works perfectly. I can't comment on the reliability of their current offerings, as I've only had my A105 for less than a week.
