I have a Toshiba L350 and a few months ago I believe the DVD-RAM Utility message came up. It said something along the lines it couldn't read any of my disc or it wasn't even connected. Any advice on what I should do?

It would be helpful if you could elaborate on what the message said and how it has since affected your ability to read DVD-RAM's.
