    Hello,
I have Satellite U305-S7448, (worked fine before) but my sound is not even showed in the PC properties.
    Any idea why?
    Thanks in advance

Potentially, your sound driver was corrupted. I would check Toshiba's support website to download the sound driver and reinstall it.

Original sound drivers are not working at all.
When I enter Control panel > Sound and audio Devices, it shows "No Audio Device"
Tried to install fresh new WIN XP Pro SP3 with later installed above mentioned drivers, but nothing happened.
I'm trying to download "MS UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio" (at speed of 6KB/s :D )Do you think that should work?
If not then the hardware is dead itself, no other options :(

In vista, getting error "No Audio Output Device is installed"
When trying to install the updates from DVD it says: "The update does not apply to your system"

    How is that possible?
